Hey. Is there a way to add cover art to a story? I made a big image to illustrate my most popular one, Spellbound

No, not cover art per se...

However, you can include image hotlinks within the body of your submission itself. So, say KAM wanted to put his image at the beginning of his story, and have the actual story underneath it (like how it'd work in a Word doc). Just make the first line of the story text...

Code: Select all
<img src="URL" />

...where URL is equal to the location of the image out on the interwebs. (In KAM's example, that'd be

Note that the default code will simpy insert your picture at full resolution... which will 'break' the site if it's too big, the picture will fall off the right margin and look bad. The best way for you to handle that would be to pre-size the image to 740px wide or less - the site's main area is always at least 750px across.

You could also get fancy with your HTML (and math) and do something like this:

Code: Select all
<img src="URL" width="W" height="H" />

As before, URL would be the location of the image. H and W are the height and width of the image, respectively, set in pixels. So if you were too lazy to pre-crop your image, but were enterprising enough to do the math such that the width is 740 and the height is proportional to that, well, there you go. (Again, using KAM as an example - the source image is 1360x2080, so the proportional size would be 740x1132).
Rainbow is best pony.

Here's what I thought was a good example that was done for a Fallout: Equestria side story.
